OSA Staff

Mike serves as an Associate Director of Student Resolution Resources (SRR). Prior to joining the SRR team, Mike served in various roles at Indiana University, where he also received his Master's in Educational Leadership with an emphasis in Higher Education. Mike has worked with students in a variety of spaces including admissions and orientation, Greek life, study abroad, advising, and leadership development.

Donovan Golich serves as an Investigator in the Office of Student Accountability (OSA), where he works with students and student organizations to foster accountability through an educational and restorative approach.

Quinton "Q" Williams (he/him/his) serves as a Student Conduct Investigator in the Office of Student Accountability. In this role, Q draws on years of experience adjudicating student conduct matters, leading restorative justice initiatives, and coordinating Title IX and equity processes. He has developed and delivered training for hearing and honor boards, pioneered educational sanctioning models, and facilitated mediations and restorative circles to support students through complex conduct issues.

Mya serves as the Program Manager for Formal Conflict Resolution of the Office of Student Accountability (OSA). Prior to joining the OSA team, Mya completed a Master of Public Policy at the University of Michigan’s Ford School with a focus on peace research. In between degrees, she served as a Team Leader in AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps (NCCC) and taught alpine skiing for a season in Park City, Utah. She is passionate about restorative justice and supporting student diversity, equity, and inclusion.
