Felicia McCrary, L.M.S.W.

Felicia serves as the Associate Director of Office of Student Conflict Resolution (OSCR). Felicia is interested in helping students navigate the intersections of their unique identities as they navigate their experiences as Michigan students. She is passionate about guiding students on a path toward social justice and self-advocacy, finding innovative ways to ensure all students find success.

Adaptable Conflict Resolution (ACR) Team

Grace Su Ming Sekulidis, L.L.M.S.W.

Grace (she/her) serves as the Assistant Director for Adaptable Conflict Resolution within the Office of Conflict Resolution (OSCR). Grace is very passionate about approaching every situation with an intersectional, systemic lens and a diversity, equity, and inclusion framework. She believes that DEI work should be at the center of all work and in every conversation. Grace is looking forward to supporting and empowering students to advocate for themselves and facilitate constructive conversations about conflict between members of the UMich community. 

Brandon Lee

Brandon (he/him) is a senior double-majoring in linguistics and international studies. After graduation, he aims to attend law school, where he plans to concentrate his studies on international law. He is deeply passionate about non-violent conflict resolution, both in the macro context of global affairs and in the micro context of interpersonal interactions. He is also deeply committed to raising mental health awareness among communities that have traditionally been hesitant to seek mental health support.

Mikaila LaClear

Mikaila (she/her) serves as the Graduate Program Assistant for Adaptable Conflict Resolution. Mikaila is passionate about healthy conflict resolution, equity, social justice, community care, and supporting folks through hardship. Mikaila is interested in exploring how power dynamics influence conflict, and how restorative justice can be a tool to even out these dynamics. 

AOD Response Team

Dan Green, M.S.W.

Dan Green serves as OSCR's Assistant Director for Alcohol & Other Drugs. He has served in many different roles at the University of Michigan with time in LSA and throughout Student Life. He received both of his Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Studies and Master of Social Work degrees from the University of Michigan. He is (clearly) a huge fan of the Wolverines and the Detroit Pistons. In his spare time, he enjoys playing video games, cooking shows and spending time with his partner and their beautiful daughter.

Savannah Currier, M.A.

​Savannah serves as the Program Manager for Alcohol and Other Drugs within OSCR. Savannah graduated from Eastern Michigan University with an M.A. in Educational Leadership with emphasis in Higher Education/Student Affairs. She also received her certification from the International Certification & Reciprocity Consortium as a Harm Reduction Specialist. Savannah is passionate about using restorative practices and harm reduction in conduct and conflict resolution work that empower students to take ownership of their experiences, education and growth.

Sexual and Gender-Based Misconduct (SGBM) Response Team

 

Shana Toor, J.D.

Shana Toor (she/her/hers) serves as the Assistant Director for Sexual & Gender-Based Misconduct Response in the Office of Student Conflict Resolution (OSCR). Before joining OSCR, Shana worked at the Restorative Justice Project in Wisconsin, where she supervised clinical law students in preparing for and facilitating face-to-face dialogues between harmed parties and responsible parties in the aftermath of serious and sensitive crimes, including all types of homicide and sexual harm.

Apara Sharma

Apara Sharma (she/her) is a graduate student pursuing her Master of Social Work, with an emphasis on Interpersonal Practice in Integrated Health, Mental Health, & Substance Abuse. She graduated from Mount Holyoke College in 2021, where she obtained her B.A in Anthropology and Psychology. Apara is passionate about restorative practices that empower students using a strength-based approach. She is interested in implementing and adapting intervention systems that support the emotional and mental wellbeing of BIPOC students and communities.

Student Staff Team

Michelle Wu

Michelle (she/her) is a senior at the University of Michigan studying Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience (BCN) and Entrepreneurship. She serves as a workshop coordinator and student staff facilitator at OSCR. She is passionate about mental health, community service, and learning about different cultures. In her free time, she enjoys writing for The Michigan Daily, reading, and trying new foods.

Ben Luu

Ben (he/him) is a junior in LSA majoring in Economics and minoring in Statistics. Ben is passionate about mental health, art, philosophy, and politics. In his free time, he watches films and writes about art for the Michigan Daily.

Chandler Ramsey

Chandler is a senior at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business, concentrating in marketing and sales. Passionate about community empowerment, Chandler is dedicated to advancing marginalized communities through involvement in campus organizations and various initiatives. In his free time, he enjoys fashion styling and staying active by working out.

Emmanuel Davis

Emmanuel is a sophomore in Ross, and a proud LEAD scholar with the University of Michigan Alumni Association. She is passionate about equality, creativity, and art through beauty and human performance. She also enjoys giving back to the community through her work with S2S. In her free time, she participates in campus clubs, plays basketball through Rec Sports, listens to music, watches movies, and spends time with friends.

Rahin Jain

Rahin is a graduate student studying Business Analytics. He serves as a Student Facilitator at the OSCR and is passionate about learning about cultural differences and listen to conflicting opinions. He likes playing squash, maintaining a duolingo streak and watch Youtube videos in his free time. He is exploring restaurants around Ann Arbor!

Sravya Davuluri

Sravya Davuluri (she/her) is a Junior majoring in Organizational Studies with a Pathway in Marketing and Human Behavior, while also minoring in UX Design. She is passionate about intergroup relations and consumer behavior, fostering inclusivity in business environments. She is one of two Fashion Directors for NOiR Runway, and also works as a barista at ShareTea. In her free time, she loves to try new foods, draw, and spend time with her friends.
