Quinton "Q" Williams (he/him/his) serves as a Student Conduct Investigator in the Office of Student Accountability. In this role, Q draws on years of experience adjudicating student conduct matters, leading restorative justice initiatives, and coordinating Title IX and equity processes. He has developed and delivered training for hearing and honor boards, pioneered educational sanctioning models, and facilitated mediations and restorative circles to support students through complex conduct issues. Q has also led crisis response efforts, overseen housing operations, and served on campus committees dedicated to diversity, safety, and advocacy. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a master's degree in Criminal Justice Leadership from the University of Mississippi and is currently pursuing an Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration from Liberty University. Outside of work, Q enjoys graphic design, keeping up with investment trends, and exploring the country’s vibrant food scene.
