Program Assistant Adaptable Conflict Resolution
Mikaila (she/her) serves as the Graduate Program Assistant for Adaptable Conflict Resolution. Mikaila is passionate about healthy conflict resolution, equity, social justice, community care, and supporting folks through hardship. Mikaila is interested in exploring how power dynamics influence conflict, and how restorative justice can be a tool to even out these dynamics.
Mikaila is working toward her Masters Degree in Social Work here at the University of Michigan with a focus on Community Change. In her free time she enjoys cooking, crafting, spending time outside, and traveling.
