About

Student Resolution Resources (SRR) exists to ensure students, organizations, and campus partners have access to meaningful support when facing conflict, harm, or accountability processes.

Our Purpose

SRR was created to clarify and streamline processes for student conflict resolution and accountability. We believe that every conflict, big or small, is an opportunity for learning, growth, and positive change. Our team prioritizes education, fairness, and dignity in every interaction, whether you’re seeking help informally or need more formal university involvement.

Our Structure

SRR is the umbrella unit for two specialized offices:

  • Office of Student Conflict Resolution (OSCR): Supports students with voluntary, restorative, and educational approaches such as conflict coaching, mediation, facilitated dialogues, and workshops.
  • Office of Student Accountability (OSA): Oversees investigations, hearings, and accountability processes for alleged violations of the Statement of Student Rights and Responsibilities, including hazing and cases requiring compliance with federal law.

Any concern can be brought to any part of SRR, and you will be guided to the right process and support.

Meet the SRR Leadership Team

The SRR staff is a group of experienced professionals and educators who believe in the transformative power of dialogue, fairness, and learning, even in moments of challenge or conflict. Across both the OSCR and OSA, our leaders collaborate to ensure that every student who comes to SRR receives care, clear guidance, and access to the right process for resolution.

Our team works to keep students at the center, continuously improve our practices in response to campus needs and legal updates, and empower our community with the tools for growth and accountability.
